The Jobsite

The Jobsite (Information Form) gathers and organizes the information we need to protect your business and investment at a physical Jobsite.

A completed Jobsite Information Form (“Jobsite”) is required before we can process any services (Lien, Bond, Notice of Furnishing, etc.)

To complete a Jobsite form, you need…

  • Your company name, address, and contact information;
  • Information about the company or person who hired you (contract holder);
  • Jobsite Information, including type of job, jobsite address, contact person, and more;
  • Details of the work, services, and/or materials you are providing;
  • Location(s) on the jobsite where you are providing improvements;
  • Basic Financial Information about the contract.

The Dashboard

This is the control center for your Jobsites. It makes it easy to see, update, and add Jobsites and related information.

For best results, make sure the spell-checker is turned on in your browser.

From the Dashboard, you can…

  • Start a new Jobsite (Information Form);
  • See the status and details of any of your Jobsites;
  • Review or update Jobsite Financials;
  • Add Services, Contacts, and upload Documents;
  • Add Notes. These are like a digital scratchpad for you. Use them for reminders, notes to the LienNow team, or whatever else you need.

1. Where are my old jobs?

All jobs created before Monday May 5, 2025 date are available here.

2. What happened to the Old Forms?

Beginning May 5, 2025, the old versions of the Information forms will no longer be active. They have been replaced with the new Master Jobsite System.

The information from all your previous jobs is still available here.

3 I submitted a Jobsite in the old system. Can I add new services to it?

Yes, with a bit of work.

High-level instructions:

  1. Open your list of Old Jobs
  2. Open the Dashboard in a new browser tab or window (two monitors make this much easier).
  3. From the Dashboard, Add a Master Jobsite
  4. Work your way through the form one section at a time.
  5. Find the Jobsite you want to copy in your list of jobs.
  6. Click the Lien Now ID in the first column. It will open a list of all the data entered into your old job.
  7. Copy the information from the original jobsite…
  8. …and paste it into the appropriate field(s) for the new Master Jobsite.
  9. Submit your Master Jobsite Form
  10. Add Services as needed.

You will need to do this once for each older Jobsite you want to update.

How do I enter a new Jobsite?

Visit the Jobsite Dashboard to add or update a new Jobsite or Service.

Edit Profile

Log in to edit your profile.

Jobsite Form Hints and Instructions
  • Click a Section Header (blue or yellow banner) to open (expand) or close (collapse) it.
  • Look for information bubbles! Tap, click, or hover your mouse over these for more detail.
  • The form is designed to walk you through it.
    • After you answer a question, the next question(s) will appear.
    • You must complete all the required questions in a section to unlock the next section.
  • Enter as much information as you can now.
  • After you submit a form it is saved.
    • Use the “Forms / View Jobs” menu to view or access all your jobs.
    • You can also add, update, or correct information later.
