Overview of Jobsites and the Dashboard
The Jobsite
The Jobsite (Information Form) gathers and organizes the information we need to protect your business and investment at a physical Jobsite.
A completed Jobsite Information Form (“Jobsite”) is required before we can process any services (Lien, Bond, Notice of Furnishing, etc.)
The Dashboard
This is the control center for your Jobsites. It makes it easy to see, update, and add Jobsites and related information.
To Complete a Jobsite Form, you need…
- Your company name, address, and contact information;
- Information about the company or person who hired you (contract holder);
- Jobsite Information, including type of job, jobsite address, contact person, and more;
- Details of the work, services, and/or materials you are providing;
- Location(s) on the jobsite you are providing improvements;
- Basic Financial Information about the contract.
From the Dashboard, you can…
- Start a new Jobsite (Information Form);
- See the status and details of any of your Jobsites;
- Review or update Jobsite Financials;
- Add Services, Contacts, and upload Documents;
- Add Notes. These are like a digital scratchpad for you. Use them for reminders, notes to the LienNow team, or whatever else you need.
