Pakistan PM to look soon after court summons

The Pakistani prime minister has said he will comply with a summons to appear before the supreme court. Yousuf Raza Gilani is facing questioning over his government’s refusal to reopen a corruption case against Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari. This however comes after Gilani won a crucial vote of support for democracy in parliament on Monday. The ongoing confrontation between civilian leaders and generals has prompted fears of another coup against an elected government, in a country that has experienced military rule for more than half of its 64-year history. Al Jazeera’s Imtyaz Tyab reports from Islamabad.
